I always hated the "new year, New me!" Stuff but I do like making lists and I do love making goals. It helps me to see my progress and what I need to work on. So today I wanted to make a list of some goals that I hope to achieve! So let's get started!
💜 Get back to writing!
I had a journal in high school and I would write how I was feeling, what I was doing and anything really and it saved me more times than I could think and I would like to start doing that again. I know I have y'all and this blog but sometimes it's good to write out my anger and sadness in its raw form. So I hope to start that again.
💛work out more!
So I go for a run/ walk and roller skating a lot but I haven't don't any workouts in a while! I want to start up my 90-day workout again and have my routine.
💜 Finish school.
If you read my 2021 breakdown. After my breakup, I put school on hold and tried to get my life together so I need to get school over with. I only have 2 credits left and it needs to get done.
💛Leave the toxic family in the background.
Last year has shown me how my family really is and I'm so done with them. They are a huge reason for my PTSD and overall my anxiety and if they can't change or get better then I don't want them in my life.
